Shipping and store pick up
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is provided for most orders within Canada that total $150 or more before any applicable taxes. Some exceptions to free shipping may be large and/or heavy items such as wheelsets, bikes and trainers. This will be shown at the checkout screen or we will advise you in advance of the extra shipping cost. (inquire via e-mail: support@sunremocycle.com)

We ship within domestic Canada and *USA.

Free shipping of Sunremo Framesets in USA
We currently offer free shipping on Sunremo bike framesets in Mainland USA, please inquire via e-mail: support@sunremocycle.com if your region isn’t available.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The team at La Bicicletta Toronto process orders Monday – Friday during business hours.
After your order is received you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we will process your order as soon as possible depending on the order volume and product availability.
Once your order has been shipped/fulfilled you will receive another e-mail notifying you and there will be a courier tracking number provided for you to follow your shipment.
Couriers pick up daily from our Toronto location, Monday – Friday, except holidays.
Shipment delivery times will vary depending on the delivery location distance from Toronto and courier timelines. Shipping transit and delivery times are estimates and therefore not guaranteed at any time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notifying you. There will be a courier tracking number provided for you to follow your shipment.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes, the option of picking up your online order at our Toronto brick and mortar location is provided. At checkout select Pick Up as your Delivery Method. We will send you an e-mail to advise that your order is ready to pick-up. Please wait for the “pick-up ready” message prior to arriving for order pick-up.
One thing to keep in mind when selecting Pick Up is, some items are stored at an off-site location. These items need to be moved to the brick and mortar location to be ready for pick up.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
What method of payment do you accept?
Online: Credit cards, Visa, MC, American Express. We also offer express methods Apple Pay, Shopify pay, Google Pay and also Paypal.
In-store: Credit and Debit Cards, Cash, Apple Pay.
Can I pay by cheque? Unfortunately, the 1970’s and 80’s have passed and digital forms of payment seem to be the best option. So, we’ll have to pass on that form of payment; but thanks for asking.
EXCHANGES and Returns
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the size or colour of a product, simply return the original product for a refund and purchase the new item on a separate order.
We don’t exchange, only refund orders.
This makes for a faster, simpler and more efficient process.
How do I return my item?
1. For online orders, please email us for the correct, return address for your shipment.
2. Please ensure that your name and order number are provided in the returned package.
3. Items need to be in new condition, unused, unwashed with original labels and packaging.
4. Once the returned item is received and checked in we will process a refund.
5. You may return the item in person at La Bicicletta Toronto or you may ship it to us at La Bicicletta Toronto.
6. We recommend shipping via a method that provides you with tracking information.
7. All returns need to be completed within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
Non Returnable Items
Food products returned to us will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded only cancelled, if any issues arise please contact us.
Electronics that have the seal broken, opened and paired and set to devices can’t be returned.
Any items that don’t meet our guidelines will have a 10%-20% restocking charge, at our discretion.

Cancelled orders and refunds
We offer returns and refunds, but some items will require re-stocking fees. Fees may include incurred Credit Card non-refundable processing charges, or shipping fees for custom ordered items.
Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail from us showing the transaction. This may take time to show on your credit card account dependant on your bank/financial institution processing time.
Can I return this and get a refund, because I don't look good in orange?
Unfortunately, not everyone looks good in orange but we can offer you a refund pending the simple terms outlined above.
If I order shoes and they don't fit, can I return them?
Yes, we accept returns on items, following the terms above.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Warranties
Each product has a manufacturer’s warranty that is supported by local and non-local distributors of these items. Some items are directly supported by the manufacturer.
If you feel that an item needs repair/warranty by the manufacturer, here are some simple guidelines to follow: Send an to email to support@sunremocycle.com regarding the item, with an image, serial and model info if it has one. You’ll need to have the original receipt of purchase too.
We’ll then contact you and advise how to follow up with the next steps.
